Multimodal AI Product Assistant
Workflow — A conversational product lookup needs to connect a customer’s question — typed, spoken, or a photo of a part — with catalog search and product details, in whatever language the customer uses.
System — A multimodal AI assistant connected to auto-parts search and product-detail tools.
Many of IYC’s systems are not publicly linkable because they carry client or operational data. Relevant walkthroughs are available on a call.
