The workflow
Domains, servers, certificates, and subscriptions have renewal dates that operations teams need to track together.
The engineering challenge
Model different asset types and their renewal dates, then connect scheduled checks to notification workflows.
The implementation
The backend models operational assets and exposes management APIs. A scheduled task checks domains, servers, email services, certificates, and subscriptions and passes their renewal dates into the notification workflow. A Vue management interface provides access to the asset workflows. The same internal platform also runs the operational side of IYC's own sales-partner program.
