Clear usage and ownership terms
Standard engagements include software use under the project agreement. Source-code access and IP transfer are negotiated and priced separately.
Testing and observability by default
Typed, tested, and instrumented from the first deploy — not bolted on at the end.
Security and confidentiality
Project and organization details are shared only when appropriate to disclose.
Operational documentation
Architecture notes and operational documentation defined within the agreed delivery and support scope.

IYC is founder-led by design. The same engineer who scopes the architecture in discovery is in the code review, on the production deploy, and on the call when something breaks — there is no handover to a junior team after the contract is signed.
Project work spans healthcare workflows, commerce, SaaS platforms, and applied AI. Engagements start with a review of the workflow, the existing system, and the requirements.
