What we do

Custom software and applied AI, engineered end to end.

Not a menu of agency services — one engineering practice that takes a system from architecture to production, and stays to operate it.

01

Custom Software Engineering

Systems built to your domain, not bent around a template.

  • Custom development
  • Web applications
  • Mobile applications
  • SaaS platforms
  • Backend systems

02

Applied AI

AI treated as production engineering, not a demo.

  • Grounded AI (retrieval + evals)
  • Agents & automation
  • ML systems
  • Guardrails & observability

03

Scale & Systems

Architecture planned around your workload, capacity, and growth.

Explore the services

Find the scope that fits your system.

IYC works remotely with teams in Lebanon, the Gulf, and worldwide. Discovery establishes communication, delivery milestones, and operational requirements for each engagement.

Custom Software Development

IYC designs and builds custom web applications, mobile applications, and backend systems for organizations whose workflows no longer fit off-the-shelf tools. We take the system from discovery and architecture through implementation, deployment, and operation under the agreed scope.

SaaS Development

IYC engineers SaaS platforms from architecture to production. We define the product workflows, tenant boundaries, access model, data architecture, and integration requirements so the platform can be operated and extended as the business grows.

AI Integration

IYC integrates AI into existing products and business workflows. The work includes retrieval over your knowledge sources, agents and automation, evaluations, guardrails, and observability, with the surrounding software needed to run the system in production.

How you work with us

Ways to bring us in.

Pick the shape that fits where you are — each one is senior engineers owning a hard part end to end.

Focused improvements

Have an existing product and a specific problem? We can scope a focused integration, workflow automation, or application improvement with clear deliverables.

New build

A product or system from architecture to production, with ongoing operation available under the agreed support scope.

Modernization / migration

Plan an incremental migration from a legacy core, with validation and operational risks reviewed at each step.

Embedded engineering team

Senior engineers who plug into your team and own a hard part of the system end to end.

Architecture review

A fixed-scope read of your system’s design, load path, and risks — with a plan you can act on.

START SMALL

STRAIGHT ANSWERS

The questions that decide it.

What technical buyers ask before the first call. Short answers, no qualifiers.

What custom software does IYC build?
IYC builds custom web and mobile applications, SaaS platforms, and backend systems for teams whose requirements have outgrown off-the-shelf software. Engagements cover architecture, development, deployment, and ongoing operation under the agreed scope.
Can IYC integrate AI into an existing product?
Yes. IYC builds grounded AI with retrieval and evaluations, agents and workflow automation, and machine learning systems. The engineering work includes integration with your data and services, guardrails, and observability so the AI can be evaluated and operated in production.
How is a project priced?
We define the scope, deliverables, payment schedule, and pricing model in the project proposal. Architecture reviews are quoted as a fixed-scope engagement. Build pricing depends on the agreed scope. Changes to scope and price are agreed in writing before the additional work proceeds.
What factors affect the cost of a custom software project?
The number of workflows and user roles, how many systems it has to integrate with, the tenancy and access-control model, data migration, and the ongoing support scope all move the cost. Discovery scopes these before a price is set — we do not quote a system we have not defined.
How long does a custom software project take?
It depends on the same factors that drive cost: scope, integrations, and team availability. Discovery ends in a written technical plan with milestones you can hold us to, rather than a single estimate given before the system is defined.
Should we build custom software or use an existing SaaS product?
If an existing product can be configured to meet your workflows, integrations, and performance requirements, that is usually the cheaper and faster answer — discovery tests that before recommending a build. Custom software earns its cost when the workflow is domain-specific, several systems need to work together in ways off-the-shelf tools do not support, or you need control over performance and the product roadmap.
Can you take over an existing codebase?
Yes. It starts as an architecture review: a written read of the design, data model, load path, tests, infrastructure, and the risks worth acting on. You keep that document whether or not the engagement continues. We will tell you if the honest answer is that the system is fine and does not need us.
Who actually writes the code?
Senior engineers, with the founder accountable end to end. No junior pyramid, no account manager between you and the people building the system. Specialists join for their phase — that is what keeps the team senior instead of large.
Does the project include source code?
Standard engagements include use of the custom software under the project agreement, but do not include source-code access or transfer of intellectual property. Source-code delivery and additional rights can be negotiated separately and priced in the project agreement. Access to source code does not by itself grant resale or redistribution rights.
What happens after launch?
Post-launch operation, maintenance, and further development follow the agreed support scope. Software usage rights, hosting, maintenance, data export, and arrangements at the end of the engagement are defined in the written project agreement.
How fast can you start, and what is the smallest engagement?
An architecture review is a focused starting point. We confirm availability, scope, and duration before work begins. A build schedule follows discovery and depends on the agreed scope and delivery capacity.
