Privacy
The contact form is the only place this site collects personal information. When you submit it, IYC receives your name, email, company, role, project type, budget range, timeline, the description you write, and the IP address and country your submission came from. We use this only to respond to you and, if we work together, to deliver the engagement.
Submissions are sent to our inbox using Resend, an email-delivery service acting on our behalf. We don’t operate a separate marketing database, sell your information, or use it for advertising.
We keep inquiry emails for as long as needed to respond and, if we work together, for the engagement and our ordinary legal and accounting records. You can ask us to see or delete the information you’ve sent by emailing [email protected]. Deletion means removing the message from our inbox; we may need to keep some records for legal or tax reasons.
This site sets no cookies and runs no client-side tracking scripts. Traffic analytics are provided by Cloudflare Web Analytics, which doesn’t use cookies or device fingerprinting.
We may update this page as the site or our practices change; the version here is always current.
Terms
This website and its contents are provided for information. Engagements are governed by a separate written agreement executed between IYC and the client; nothing here constitutes an offer or a binding commitment.
Don’t use this site to attempt unauthorized access, disrupt its operation, or scrape or reuse its content beyond ordinary browsing.
This site links to selected public work by IYC and its founder, and may link to other third-party sites. IYC doesn’t control and isn’t responsible for the content of sites it doesn’t operate.
Standard engagements include use of the custom software under the project agreement, but do not include source-code access or transfer of intellectual property. Source-code delivery and additional rights can be negotiated separately and priced in the project agreement. Access to source code does not by itself grant resale or redistribution rights.
Software usage rights, hosting, maintenance, data export, and arrangements at the end of the engagement are defined in the written project agreement.
Trademarks and content on this site belong to IYC — Innovate Your Code — unless stated otherwise. Please don’t reproduce them without permission.
This site is provided as is. We don’t guarantee it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or available at all times.
We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the site after a change means you accept it.
