The engineering challenge
Keep practice context and staff access rules consistent across appointments and medical-record workflows.
The implementation
The implementation includes tenant-aware appointment and room models, patient-record modules, billing, and portal APIs. Access-control tests cover per-doctor visibility and cross-tenant record access. The client application (ProMed) and the multi-tenant architecture behind it are also the basis for a subscription SaaS direction for clinics generally, currently in development under a separate brand.
